The Silk Road Partnership provides a range of talent, leadership and career development services that are grounded in over 30 years of combined experience in Europe, The Gulf and Asia, working with organisations and individual clients, at all levels of leadership - from main board directors to younger emerging talent. 

Our primary focus is on helping leaders and their management teams to successfully navigate and profit from the challenges and transitions facing their organisations and their own careers.

Executive Business Coaching & Mentoring: We have helped a broad range of senior executives to successfully manage key transitions points in their own careers and development, sometimes at times when their organisations have been undergoing important changes. The focus is on assisting clients in optimising personal performance in a commercial setting, unlocking their fullest potential and achieving fulfilment in the process.

Contexts include: being hired into a new company, promotion within an existing firm, secondment overseas and perhaps more critically returning from secondment to a home base and having to re-estabish oneself again. Silk Road's partners have a particular interest in supporting the development of young emerging leaders.

Talent & Leadership Development & Training:  Through extensive experience working with a variety of clients, the Silk Road Partnership is able to help organisations with a variety of talent and leadership issues. 

Globally we facilitate a variety of leadership, management development and training workshops with topics varying from developing a team's leadership skills and team working, communication skills, decision-making styles. 

On the talent management side we can help address acquisition, retention and motivation issues. We have led a variety of related projects often of a consulting nature. 

Career Transitioning: Most executives find themselves at a 'crossroads' at some point in their careers and these moments have become increasingly common. The Silk Road team has deep experience in advising people who are transitioning out of their organisations, through the provision of a personal and discreet career advisory service. 

Clients have moved on to other mainstream careers, in their home country and across the globe, sometimes shifting sector. Others have been helped to make successful moves into portfolio life, which has included appointments as non-executive directors on the boards of large and smaller listed, private and not-for-profit organisations.
